    Welcome to our Packages!

    You’re about to embark on a unique selection process! Unlike our competitors who tend to hide their prices behind an annoying “CONTACT US“ page, one where they won’t even give you a ballpark quote without requiring a call, text or email to do so, we’ve designed our site to be as transparent as we can, showing you prices up front. Pick a package and see what we mean. Most event types include multiple pre-built package options, and the site will show you the prices you’ll be charged for all variants of your event at one time. If there are options that you do or do not want included in your package, you can add or remove them as you go with the site giving you a live update on the prices.

    One thing very few of our competitors will do is give a quote that includes travel fees. All of our packages come with varying amounts of free one-way travel. Once you input a venue on the “ADJUST PACKAGE” subpage, the site will calculate any additional fees for travel that may be incurred, accurate right down to the penny. No surprises here! Once you finish customizing your package, you’ll be presented with a quote. Unless something goes horribly wrong with the site (it does happen once in awhile, unfortunately), the price you see is the price you’ll be charged. All quotes are verified by us (humans, not AI) and we will contact you if there’s an issue.

    Wedding Receptions are what we do best! From the early stages of planning through to the Big Day, we’ll be there for you to make sure you get what you want and deserve — but we won’t be all up in your face about it. Guests at a Wedding ReceptionWe’re here to help you wherever we can, with as much or as little of the planning and preparation as you want.

    We’ll help you pick the songs you want and make sure that your reception flows from one event to the next. Do you need us to provide sound during the ceremony too? We can do that, assuming the ceremony and reception are close to each other, if not in the same venue. How about a custom-edited song for that special twist during the Wedding Party Arrival to the Reception or during the Spotlight Songs? Guests at a Wedding ReceptionWe can do that, too. Let us know what you want and we’ll mix it up for you (a minimum two-week lead time is needed for custom-edited music).

    Don’t group us into the same calibre of entertainment that other inexpensive companies provide. For a very reasonable, low price, we’ll give you a selection of packages that some other companies charge double or more for.     Almost everyone loves a party, whether it’s for their birthday, an anniversary, a school or family reunion, a graduation of any type, someone’s return home from military service, assorted holidays or just about any other time of the year, so why not let us help make it a great one? We’ll play music from the time of the original event (in the case of anniversaries or reunions) if desired, or it can just be a big party where most anything goes!

    You can expect the same stellar service and attentiveness that we give to our Wedding plans. Actually, we give the same level of service to all of our plans, Party with LED Batonsthe only difference being what’s included and the amount of prepwork needed to make your event the best it can be.

    Karaoke Night Fun

    Karaoke has become an event people look forward to at their local watering hole. Let your bar patrons stretch their vocal chords with their renditions of their favorite songs from the past to the present. With Internet-based Karaoke files, we’ve pretty much got you covered. Holiday Parties at the local bar are a MUST, so don’t leave it to the jukebox to entertain your guests.

    When you have an event like a fair, fundraiser, or whatever that includes small, typically local bands — and especially if you have more than just one band lined up — you need sound engineers that use the latest technology to make these performers sound as awesome as possible. That’s where we come in. Utilizing a hybrid audio system that starts with our most powerful audio package then adds on even more speakers for on-stage monitors and reinforcement, coupled with two 15-foot lighting truss rigs, we’ll put on a Top-Tier show that fits the budget.

    You need not worry about how it sounds, either. We utilize the latest in digital mixing that allows us to be in the audience tweaking the sound so it’s just right. Our speakers use high-efficiency D-Class amplifiers to produce thunderous sound from only a handful of devices — no need to worry about walls of speakers as just a few go a long way with us. For example, when we did our first Live Event, not knowing how powerful our system really was, we pushed the volume to what we thought was appropriate for an ’80s Rock Cover Band. We were told later that the audio from their performance could be heard clearly over half a mile away and that it sounded awesome! That might be excessive, but we had no idea we could do that at the time, so we were testing the limits. Even with the event taking place outdoors in the middle of summer, our hardware barely got warm, so we could’ve driven things harder if we tried or needed to!

    While we can’t produce stadium-level shows, we can easily accommodate a small or medium sized show — small county fairs, backlot concerts, street dances, etc.

    As with our Scouting Events package, we know that the students are generally responsible for raising the funds for events like these. School Dance Party with LED BatonsUnlike some of our competitors, though, we acknowledge that and bring the big-time sound and fun, at a massively reduced fee. Today’s kids are tomorrow’s Brides and Grooms, so this gives them a fun party to unwind from all the school drudgery while giving us a chance to show potential future clients how much fun we are!

    We have multiple packages for this kind of event, from a basic Middle School Dance to a full-blown event School Dance Partywith the Prom + AfterProm package. Don’t leave your music selection to someone with an iPad (where anything might get played) and a couple cheap dollar-store speakers. We keep our prices low so you and your students can focus on having a fun and memorable experience, not something that leaves them watching the clock for when they can “escape” back home! You worry about the decorations and dress code and we’ll worry about playing the latest hits everyone loves (radio-edited, of course, so your school administrator doesn’t have a conniption fit)!

    Have you got an event planned with lots of kids from different troops coming together, sometimes for the first time? Take the awkwardness out of the meeting with music! Everyone loves music, it’s a universal thing, so let us help break the ice to make the gathering of the troops easier! Girls singing and performing to YMCAWe also provide the necessary equipment for announcements as needed.

    Just like our School Packages, we know that the scouts must usually raise the funds for events like these. We’re not going to take advantage of their hard work, however, and will provide world-class entertainment at quite reasonable prices, leaving the budget open for other fun events.

    Relays for Life, Walkathons, Charity-Sponsored Car Shows and other similar events need music to keep things going, especially on the long ones. Let us help keep people moving with the right mix of upbeat songs to keep everyone energized, to the appropriately somber songs during events like the Luminary Ceremony. We’ll also help plan and MC games to encourage audience participation if desired. We’ve done quite a number of Relays and more than a few other Fundraising Events in the past, so we know what to do and when to do it to make yours a success!

    With the ability to present up to a 5.1 surround experience similar to a nice home theater, and on a screen up to five feet high (that's 120 inches diagonal) — even bigger if we just use a light-colored wall — we can help make your next Movie Night a memorable one! You provide the popcorn and the movie, we’ll recreate the cinematic experience you and your guests deserve!

    This is a difficult one for us, as we like to PARTY (it’s in our name, after all), but sadly, this is one party everyone eventually attends. During the grieving process, the last thing you want to worry about is the attendees not being able to hear the loving memories of friends and family. We’ll be there for you by supplying tasteful audio reinforcement during the Service if needed, or the dearly-departed’s favorite songs during the Wake.

    Keeping with everything else we stand for, we’re not going to charge an outrageous amount to the family of the deceased. No need to strain your budget even more by giving your loved one a fitting send-off. Celebrate their life with us. You won’t regret our involvement, and those attending will appreciate the touching gesture.
